Itinerary:

Day 1: Airport - Amman

Depart Malta on connecting flight to Amman airport. Arrive to Queen Alia International Airport, our representative will meet and assist you with customs and immigration formalities to get the visa, then transfer to Amman for overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Amman – Jerash -Ajlun - Amman

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Visit Jerash and Ajloun Castel
  • Back to Amman to the hotel for dinner overnight.

Jerash is the best preserved Roman City outside Rome, one of the Decca police Cities which is known by Gerasa, which is known by the city of 1.000 pillars. Jerash is a close second to Petra on the list of favorite destinations in Jordan, it has unbroken chain of human occupation dating back more than 6,500 years. Our Tour includes (the colonnaded street, amphitheater, Hippodrome, Churches, temples and the vast Roman Forum).

Ajlun the marvels of nature and the genius of medieval Arab military architecture have given northern Jordan two of the most important ecological and historical attractions in the Middle East: the sprawling pine forests of the Ajlun-Dibbine area, and the towering Ayyubid castle at Ajlun, which helped defeat the Crusaders eight centuries ago.

Day 3: Amman– City Tour.

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • City Tour of Amman.
  • Continue to the Dead Sea, free time for leisure
  • Dinner and Overnight at the hotel.

Amman, the capital of Jordan, is a fascinating city of contrasts, a unique blend of old & New, ideally situated on a hilly area between the desert and fertile Jordan valley. Our Tour includes (Amman Citadel, Roman Theater, Panoramic tour of Downtown and modern of Amman).

Dead Sea, Dead Sea, without a doubt the world’s most amazing place, the lowest point on earth, is over 400m (1,312 ft.) below sea level. It is one of the most spectacular natural and spiritual landscapes in the world. It is the best place for floating and relaxation without exerting any effort.  The leading attraction at the Dead Sea is the warm, soothing, super salty water itself – ten times saltier than normal sea water, and rich in chloride salts of magnesium, sodium, potassium, bromine and several others.

 Day 4: Amman – Mt. Nebo – Madaba –  Shobak -Petra

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Depart to Visit the Sanctuary of Mount Nebo and st george church in Madaba.
  • Continue to visit Shobak castle
  • To Petra for dinner and overnight.

Mount Nebo one of the most revered holy sites of Jordan and the place where Moses was buried. A small Byzantine church was built there by early Christians, and if you Stand on the platform in front of the church and admire the view. It overlooks the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, across to the rooftops of Jerusalem and Bethlehem and is absolutely breathtaking.

Madaba, It is one of the most memorable places in the holy land, which is known by the “the city of mosaics “, Madaba offers many sites to explore, amongst them the chief attraction in the contemporary Greek Orthodox church of St. George is a wonderfully vivid, 6th century Byzantine mosaic map showing Jerusalem, Nile River, Dead Sea, and other holy sites.

Day 5: Petra “The Rose-Red city”

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Full day visit of Petra
  • At the end of the day back to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Petra, one of the world new seven wonders, without a doubt it is the most valuable treasure and greatest tourist attraction in Jordan.  It is a unique city that carved into the sheer- rock face by the Nabataeans, an industrious Arab people who settled here more than 2000 years ago, turning it into an important junction for the silk, spice and other trade routes that linked China, India and southern Arabia with Egypt, Syria, Greece and Rome.

To explore the spectacular treasures of Petra (The Red -Rose city half as old as time), enter through the impressive narrow gorge (Siq), leads marvelously to the magical monument, when you can glimpse the Treasury, continue to the street of facades, the Royal Tombs, the Cardo, Temples, Churches, Museums

Day 6: Petra – Beidha – Wadi Rum

  • Breakfast at the Hotel.
  • Visit Beidha “Little Petra “.
  • Wadi Rum Excursion for 2 hours by 4x4 jeep tour with short stop to drink Bedouin tea.
  • Continue to the Bedouin camp for dinner and overnight.

Beidha (little Petra), which is located to the north of Petra, it was the main caravan station of the Nabatean Kingdom, nearby after about 15 minutes walk you can reach to the Neolithic village of Beidha 7200 BC.

Wadi Rum, while heading south to the largest and most magnificent of Jordan's desert of Wadi Rum, (Valley of the Moon), this is the place where Prince Faisal Bin Hussein and T.E. Lawrence based their headquarters during the Arab Revolution against the Ottomans in the World War I, their exploits intrinsically woven into the history of this amazing area. There are many monuments in Wadi Rum you can see such as Lawrence spring, Khazali Siq, Sand Dunes

Day 7: Wadi Rum – Amman

  • Breakfast at the Camp.
  • Back to Amman, free afternoon
  • Dinner and Overnight at the hotel.

Day 8: Dead Sea – QAIA

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Then transfer to Queen Alia International Airport for departure for connecting flights to Malta
